Weekend Recap | 1000 miles of fun!

This past weekend was a first for me! Now, I’ve shot two weddings back to back, but this weekend was different. My two weddings were in 2 different states! Neither of them the state I live in! 🙂 First off, I have to say, these two weddings were absolutely beautiful and I would do it all over again!2015-06-16_0001Will & Tania (left) had a beautiful wedding at Daras Garden in Knoxville, TN. Mickey & Anne (right) celebrated their special day in Charlotesville, NC at Holy Comforter Catholic Church and reception at the Omni.

Chris and I left Thursday after he got home from work and drove through to Knoxville! Friday I had shot Will & Tania’s wedding. With only about 5 hours of sleep we headed to Charlottesville where I spent the day with Mickey and Anne! When that was over, I loaded up my gear, headed upstairs and Chris and I spent the night at the Omni! It was glorious knowing I could just sleep! 🙂 Sunday morning we drove to my parents where I had a quick session and then we enjoyed some lunch with them and finally headed home!
2015-06-16_0002My favorite travel buddy! Chris was SO helpful in letting me get some sleep in the car as we drove from one wedding to the other! He was such a trooper! I seriously could not have done this without him!

And a beautiful sunset we saw driving to Knoxville on Thursday – Iphone Photo, don’t judge! 🙂
