I love children. Little people are fun, they’re real, and they’re care-free.

I love photographing children because of this. They don’t care about what angle looks better, or whether their posing is magazine worthy or not. They just do what is natural to them and I love photographing that innocent aspect of childhood. Last summer I asked a friend if I could do a little styled portrait session with her daughter. She let me take charge and style the session. Here are some of the portraits from that day! If I could have my way, I would photograph these types of sessions all. day. long!
